HALFEN HIT Balcony Connections provide reinforcement continuity between internal and external concrete elements while separating them thermally. This almost eliminates the cold bridging effect, and so reduces heat loss minimizing heating/cooling costs and CO2 emissions. Internal condensation and mold growth within the building interior is also controlled. The system is available in a wide variety of designs suitable for many balcony types, plus external walkways, corbels, and other external concrete projections.
